香港中文大学电子工程系于明（Ming Yu）教授招收博士后、硕士/博士生及研究助理

于明教授，加拿大工程院院士， IEEE Fellow, 在加拿大工业界就职24年后2017加入香港中文大学电子工程系。现有多个科研项目和硕士/博士生名额及研究助理, 并提供全额资助，优先考虑专业为无线电/电子系或数学物理的本科应届学生，有微波工程背景的学生更加优先考虑。研究方向针对5G无线和卫星通信微波工程技术：

High performance RF and microwave devices and system for terrestrial and space communication systems; High power microwave engineering: Multipactor, Corona, and passive intermodulation; Electromagnetic compatibility and interference mitigation for communication system; Advanced electromagnetic CAD, synthesis, modeling and low cost manufacturing technique for filters, multiplexers and other passive devices; Antenna and RF Chips. Satellite communication system; Applied machine learning for microwave engineering. Engineering and Technology strategy and management.

All applicants should be interviewed by an admission panel in Shenzhen before considering for an admission offer. The admission offer is subject to the approval by the Graduate Panel and Graduate School. If you name Prof Yu as your professor in your application and your get the approval by the process above, your file will be reviewed by him and he will make the final decisons.
